All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Because of the collectible nature of our products, returns are not allowed under normal circumstances. Please double-check your order before completing your purchase.

Damages or Issues
We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info.throwbacktherapy@gmail.com. Include your name, order number, and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll review your case and let you know if a return or replacement is possible.

Unauthorized Returns
Any items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded. If a return is approved (in rare cases), the item must be unused, in original packaging, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.
